Underground Hair Artists visit ISSE

Fay and the Underground staff went to see new techniques,styles and products at the Long Beach Hair expo. Some of the new trends were short stylish haircuts ,longer styles had curls and volume and short fringes with shaggy layers was also in style.Color on shorter hair was bold and bright or pastel, longer hair color was subtle hues mixed together on the head for blended looks .
