Hair Rasing Event
Underground held a Hair Raising Party as part of the Downtown Organizations Shopping Spree Event. Stilt walkers hoop artists, dj and extreme hair models provided the excitement which included cupcakes from Bella Dolce(YUM!!!) and champagne.
